Yesterday, in addition to our training site in Huntington, we had three people in Oregon and one in Michigan who joined us via internet technology. For one session we had Valerie Geer from Oregon speaking to us in Indiana by Skype over the internet while Luke McConnell joined us from Michigan via Facetime on an iPhone. At one point, Luke and Val were seeing each other and talking. There are many legitimate concerns about our constant use of technology - but sometimes it just helps us to accomplish some really cool things!

Training at a distance
I've had the privilege to be involved with this camp each year since we began in 2007. I am always amazed at the quality of the people who are willing to give up a significant chunk of their summer to prepare and then to serve in China. It is amazing!
